West Bromwich Albion’s Rekeem Harper is reportedly on Liverpool’s radar.

The Mirror has claimed that Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are looking to secure the services of Harper on a free transfer this summer.
The 19-year-old midfielder is out of contract at the Baggies, and the Reds and Spurs are claimed to be interested in him.
The report, though, has also claimed that Italian and European giants Juventus are hopeful of bringing the 19-year-old midfielder to Turin.

West Bromwich Albion’s plan
Harper is a very talented and promising young midfielder, and the England Under-19 international would be a very good long-term signing for Liverpool.
However, West Brom do not plan to let go of the teenager easily, according to The Mirror.
It has been reported that new West Brom manager Slaven Bilic plans to hold talks with Harper this month to convince him to sign a contract extension.
Stats
According to WhoScored, Harper made 13 starts and four substitute appearances in the Championship for West Brom this past season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process.
