Liverpool and Napoli are reportedly interested in signing Silvan Widmer from Udinese in the summer transfer window.

Liverpool are interested in signing Silvan Widmer from Udinese in the summer transfer window, according to Gazzamercato.it.
Widmer has a contract with Italian club Udinese until June 2020, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
It has been reported by Gazzamercato.it that Premier League outfit Liverpool want to sign the defender this summer.
However, according to the report, Italian outfit Napoli are also keen on securing the services of the 23-year-old right-back in the summer transfer window.

Napoli finish second in Serie A during the 2015-16 campaign and will feature in the group stage of the Champions League next season.
Widmer created 17 chances in 27 Serie A appearances for Udinese during the 2015-16 season.
The Switzerland international defender had a pass accuracy of 68% and a shot accuracy of 40%, and won 33 headers, 23 dribbles and 34 tackles.

Widmer is a good right-back and has a lot of potential, and he would be a good signing for Liverpool but only at the right price.
Liverpool will be aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League next season.
