The West Ham United star is drawing attention from Liverpool.

The Reds have identified Hammers ace Manuel Lanzini as their number one choice to replace Philippe Coutinho, if the Brazilian leaves Anfield in January, according to the Sun.
The diminutive Argentine has been in fine form for West Ham this season, racking up a goal and four assists in 14 Premier League outings thus far.
It his his overall contribution to his team that is most impressive, however, and when he is dictating the tempo of the game, the Hammers are usually a pretty formidable outfit.

The Sun claim that Jürgen Klopp is a big fan of Lanzini, and would not be put of by West Ham’s £40 million valuation of the talented play-maker.
Hammers fans will be desperate to keep hold of the 24-year-old, however, with their club currently deeply involved in a relegation battle.

Lanzini has firmly established himself as a fan favourite in east London, and the West Ham faithful will be hoping that their relationship with him is enough to convince him that staying at the London Stadium is his best option.
With a club like Liverpool showing interest though, it will be hard for the Argentine’s head not to be turned.
