Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on PSV Eindhoven’s Steven Bergwijn.

According to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are fighting for the signature of PSV Eindhoven winger Steven Bergwijn this summer.
Bergwijn, 20, joined PSV from Dutch rivals Ajax back in 2011, and has made his way up through the ranks of the Eindhoven club to become a first-team regular.
The speedy winger played a major part as PSV won the Eredivisie title this past season, featuring regularly under Phillip Cocu with 32 appearances in the league.

Bergwijn notched eight goals and seven assists as he formed a dangerous attack alongside Hirving Lozano and Luuk de Jong, with his performances now seemingly attracting interest.
De Telegraaf report that Premier League clubs Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are all interested in signing Bergwijn, whilst teams in France, Germany and Italy are also thought to be keen.
It seems that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been wanting Bergwin for some time, as it’s claimed that the Reds have been scouting the Dutchman almost every week since the winter break ahead of a potential summer move.

Whilst Bergwijn wouldn’t challenge Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah for a start, he could be depth to develop over the coming years, whilst the same situation would arise at Tottenham if Bergwijn made a move to North London.
PSV would allegedly want between €15million and €20million (£13.5million and £17million) for Bergwijn this summer, and either club can certainly afford that – but whether they feel he is worth that is another matter.
