Andre Wisdom will leave Liverpool and join Derby County today, according to The Derby Telegraph.
It has been reported that Derby had agreed a deal with both Liverpool and Wisdom more than two weeks ago, and that an official announcement will be made today after the defender completes his medical.
According to the report, the Rams will pay the Reds an initial transfer fee of £2 million which could rise to £4.5m.

Wisdom is a talented and versatile defender who can operate as a right-back or as a centre-back.
The 24-year-old may have failed to make an impact at Liverpool, but he does have a lot of experience of playing professional football.
The former England Under-21 international played on loan for Derby back in the 2013-14 season.
The 24-year-old has since featured for West Bromwich Albion, Norwich City and Red Bull Salzburg on loan.
Derby endured a disappointing campaign in 2016-17, and the Rams will be aiming to challenge for the Championship playoffs next season.
