Liverpool are said to have made Red Bull Leipzig’s Naby Keita one of their top targets.
Liverpool had reportedly given up on signing Keita this summer, after seeing big money rejected by the German side.

However, the Reds are apparently still holding out hope that they will be able to sign Jurgen Klopp’s top target before the end of the month.
Liverpool have agreed terms with the player, but at the moment Leipzig have batted away all their offers.
Keita, though, could still try and force through a move – and it seems that the transfer could still have legs.
Liverpool are happy to sign Keita next summer, when his release clause becomes active, but would rather have him on board for this term.
And Klopp reportedly may yet get his wish, as he looks to bolster his midfield ranks.
Keita would set back Liverpool a club record transfer fee, if he was to sign at Anfield.
Liverpool have already added Mohamed Salah, Dominic Solanke and Andrew Robertson this summer.
