According to The Athletic, Fulham are seeking a fee in the region of £10 million from Liverpool over their capture of Harvey Elliott in 2019.
Nearly two years ago, the Reds swooped to sign the teenager from the Cottagers after his contract at Craven Cottage had expired.
The Telegraph say that Liverpool beat Barcelona, Real Madrid and RB Leipzig to the forward’s services.
However, Fulham are due compensation money having nurtured Elliott’s talents in their academy.
The Cottagers developed the winger since the age of 11, according to The Athletic.

A tribunal is set to take place from today, with Fulham hoping to land an eight-figure fee in the region of £10 million.
If Scott Parker’s side got their wish, it would be the highest fee awarded by the Professional Football Compensation Committee since Liverpool were forced to pay £6.5 million for Danny Ings.

According to The Athletic, Liverpool are currently offering under £1 million as compensation, which is clearly much less than Fulham are hoping for.
Elliott is currently on loan at Blackburn Rovers, where he has taken to the Championship like a duck to water.
The 17-year-old has four goals and eight assists in 22 appearances for Tony Mowbray’s side, in what is his first taste of regular first-team football.
