The report claims that Manchester United are also interested in the 26-cap Serbia international, who is in high demand across Europe.
Tottenham have also submitted an approach for the 6 foot 4 inch colossus, according to La Nazione.
Sky Germany claim that the Belgrad-born defender has a contract with the Italian outfit until the summer of 2022.
As a result, a departure could be on the cards, as his value will take a dent if he is left in the precarious position of having just one year remaining on his deal.
Milenkovic – who Fiorentina signed for just €5.1 million (£4.4 million) – has made 21 appearances in Serie A this season, scoring two goals and assisting another.
Understandably due to his Serbian origins, he has been likened to former Manchester United warrior Nemanja Vidic, as ESPN document.
At just 23, Milenkovic seems to be a real prospect with plenty of time to become an even better player.
It will certainly be interesting to see where he ends up, as four big clubs battle for his signature.
He’s seriously spoilt for choice, as Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham or Manchester United would be an attractive move for most players.
