Liverpool-linked Nicolas Pepe is the subject of an £80 million bid by Inter Milan, according to reports, but Jurgen Klopp is a fan.

If Liverpool are interested in Nicolas Pepe, they might’ve just received a bit of a boost.
Bild in Germany have reported that Bayern Munich have dropped out of the race to sign the Lille winger.
If true, it increases the chances of Liverpool winning the race and the rumour of Bayern’s exit has to be considered a positive thing for Jurgen Klopp.
According to L’Equipe, Klopp is a big fan of the 24-year-old and it’ll be interesting to see if the German manager launches a formal bid now.
That being said, there is still a bit of competition for his signature, with L’Equipe also reporting that Inter Milan have made an £80 million offer for him.
Speculation is rife that Liverpool won’t be breaking the bank on any transfers this summer, having just won the Champions League, so it remains to be seen if the Reds are willing to go toe-to-toe with the Italian giants for his signature.
But if they are, Klopp might still fancy his chances. After all, he is building one of the most exciting projects in European football at the minute and one that most players – including Pepe, probably – would love to be apart of.
