Liverpool and Manchester United are both allegedly keeping tabs on the PSV Eindhoven ace.

According to a report from the Sun, Liverpool and Manchester United are set for a head-to-head battle for £25 million-rated PSV Eindhoven winger Steven Bergwijn this month.
The 21-year-old has been in fine form in Holland this season, racking up an impressive 10 goals and eight assists in 24 appearances in all competitions for PSV.
He can play anywhere along the front line, although he is predominantly an out-and-out left winger.
The Sun claims that both Liverpool and Manchester United have scouted Bergwijn recently, with the Red Devils thought to be lining up a £25 million bid for the winger – something that will surely force Jürgen Klopp into making a move of his own.

The Netherlands international is supremely talented, and plays with a certain kind of youthful vigour and exuberance that would undoubtedly prove to be a major asset for both north-west clubs.
Manchester United and Liverpool are both in need of a top-class natural winger, and Bergwijn would fit the bill perfectly.
Quite where he ends up, however, remains to be seen.
