Trezeguet has reportedly been target for both Wolves and Everton in recent weeks.
Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla has claimed on his official website that Egypt’s World Cup winner Trezeguet is set to join newly-promoted Serie A outfit Parma – despite reported interest from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton.
The Sun claimed back in April that Everton were keeping an eye on 23-year-old Trezeguet, after the Anderlecht star impressed on loan at Turkish SuperLig side Kasimpasa during the 2017-18 campaign.
Then, Turkish outlet Hurriyet claims Wolves had activated the £4.5million release clause in Trezeguet’s contract, as the newly-promoted outfit joined the race following Egypt’s exit from the World Cup.

However, both Premier League sides look set to miss out, with Italian giants Parma looking toadd the star to their squad after winning three successive promotions to return to Serie A after their financial collapse saw them restart in Serie D.
Trezeguet has enjoyed arguably his best year in professional football, starring for Kasimpasa with 16 goals and eight assists in 33 league and cup outings, as well as impressing for Egypt in Russia.
He has a contract at Anderlecht until the summer of 2020 but it seems as though the 29-time Egypt international is set to join Parma, which sees Everton and Wolves miss out.
