Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has a strong bond with his head coach Antonio Conte, amid interest from Manchester United and Manchester City, according to The Athletic.

The report has claimed that Manchester United wanted to sign Kane from Tottenham in the summer of 2021 when Manchester City were chasing the 28-year-old England international striker.

Earlier this month, 90min reported that United are interested in signing Kane in the summer transfer window.

Defending Premier League champions City want to sign Kane from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun this month.

In our opinion, Kane has returned to his best under Conte at Tottenham.

We have seen the former Chelsea and Inter Milan manager speak highly of Kane in public.

Kane has started to bang in the goals for fun under Conte, and we are not surprised to learn that the striker has a strong bond with the Italian tactician.

However, that does not mean that if Manchester United or Manchester City make good offers for him in the summer of 2022, then he would not at least be tempted to consider them.

Kane has scored 12 goals and provided five assists in 27 Premier League starts so far this season.
