According to Football Italia, Lille striker Victor Osimhen is rejecting a move to Napoli in order to hold out for a Premier League switch.
It’s claimed that Osimhen isn’t impressed with how his agent worked out all the details of the move without consulting him, leaving the Nigerian feeling pressured into the move.
Osimhen is now inclined to reject Napoli, as he wants to wait for a Premier League offer instead – with two clubs mentioned in this report.
Osimhen is allegedly waiting for Arsenal or Manchester United to make their move, seemingly preferring them over Napoli as things stand.
A €50million (£45million) deal had been struck, with Napoli preparing to pay huge wages, but Osimhen seems to have his heart elsewhere.
Could Arsenal really sign him? The money involved is surely beyond what they can pay right now, with financial restrictions likely due to the global pandemic.

Still, Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are both out of contract in 2021, and if they don’t sign new deals, they could be sold on.
Osimhen – who bagged 18 goals and six assists for Lille this season – would be a fine replacement for either of them, but whether they can muster the cash is another matter.
