Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy has been a vocal critic of restarting the Premier League with neutral venues, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Premier League is looking at ways to get the league back underway, and scrapping home games has been touted as a potential solution.
The suggestion was met with opposition from clubs fighting against relegation, and it appears that Tottenham also have their doubts over restarting the league at neutral venues.
Levy has apparently decided to be very vocal in meetings with other Premier League chairmen, as he does not agree with the idea of only playing at a select few grounds.
That leaves the Premier League’s plan over restarting at neutral venues in serious doubt, as 12 clubs are said to be against the idea.
For Tottenham if the season does return then they will be fighting to get back into the top four.

Spurs are currently seven points away from the Champions League qualification spots, so they will be outsiders to close the gap on Chelsea.
However, Jose Mourinho’s side will be in a better position than they were before the suspension in play.
The break in action has allowed Tottenham a chance to get key players off the treatment table, and the likes of Harry Kane and Heung Min-Son are now fighting fit.
