If Fulham owner Shahid Khan and Spurs chairman Daniel Levy become rivals over an NFL franchise it could scupper potential Ryan Sessegnon deal.

An emerging rivalry between Fulham owner Shahid Khan and Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy could ruin the latter’s hopes of signing Ryan Sessegnon, reports the Evening Standard.
Khan has already said that Sessegnon, who is valued at around £50m, will not be sold this summer following the Cottagers’ promotion to the Premier League.

However, Spurs have a long held interest in the 18-year-old and would be hoping to land the talented Englishman in the future.
Yet that transfer – and potentially any others between the two London clubs – could be scuppered by Khan’s plans to buy Wembley Stadium in a deal worth in excess of £500m and make it the new home of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Levy is also keen on bringing an NFL franchise to London and making it their permanent home and would like to use Tottenham’s new 62,000 seater ground to do that.
It could see the two men going head-to-head and as a result, it makes it more likely that if Sessegnon were to leave Craven Cottage it wouldn’t be to make the short trip to the north of the capital; with Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain also said to be interested.
