Celtic are reportedly ramping up their interest in Joe Aribo.

According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic boss Neil Lennon is set to ramp up his side’s interest in Charlton Athletic midfielder Joe Aribo.
The Bhoys handed Lennon the reins on a permanent basis last weekend, just moments after winning the Scottish Cup final against Hearts to complete a domestic treble.
Despite that success, Celtic are facing a major rebuild this summer, and Lennon will now look to move for some of his top transfer targets.
Now, The Scottish Sun claim that Lennon is now ramping up Celtic’s interest in Charlton talent Aribo, in a desperate attempt to win the race for his signature.
Aribo, 22, has racked up 10 goals and five assists in all competitions this season, helping the Addicks win promotion back to the Championship.
The skilful, athletic midfielder is something of a contract rebel though, having so far refused to sign a new deal to stay at The Valley, meaning his deal ends in a matter of weeks.

Celtic are now hoping to swoop, paying bargain compensation for Aribo thanks to cross-border compensation rules, but Lennon will have to be quick if he wants to secure the midfielder.
The Sun recently reported that Aston Villa are closing in on a deal for Aribo, and having won promotion to the Premier League, Villa may well be favourites to land the youngster.
