Derby County are reportedly set to snap up Leicester’s Andy King.

According to The Guardian (19:16), Leicester City midfielder Andy King has decided to join Derby County on loan for the rest of the season.
The Rams have been linked with a host of players on deadline day, and now appear to be nearing a deal to lure King to Pride Park.
King, 30, has remarkably made just one competitive appearance this season, playing a measly 18 minutes in the FA Cup defeat at Newport County earlier this month.
The Welshman was clearly out of favour under Claude Puel, and is now set to leave the club, almost three years since winning the Premier League title with the Foxes.
The Guardian report that King had interest from Swansea City and Wigan Athletic, but has instead decided to sign for Derby on loan until the end of the season.

A return to Swansea, where he spent the second half of last season, may have been appealing, but he has chosen to remain in the East Midlands with a move to Derby.
Frank Lampard will be delighted to have landed a major midfield reinforcement with King, and will hope that he can provide goals from midfield for the Rams.
