Leicester City are reportedly keen on ex-Leeds United ace Billy Whitehouse.

Leeds United have seen a number of players slip through their net in recent years, and they may be about to be left red-faced by another former youngster earning a big move.
Yes, the Whites have sold on a whole host of players from their academy to Premier League clubs, but there are also players like Tom Cairney, Oliver McBurnie, Danny Ward and James Tavernier who were let go by Leeds in their younger years.
Leeds would no doubt love many of those players back at the club right now, and another young player let go could be on the verge of a shock Premier League move.
The Whites landed Billy Whitehouse from Doncaster in 2016, but released him after just one year at the club, making only one appearance – and that came in the shock FA Cup defeat to Sutton United.
Whitehouse was released by Garry Monk in 2017, weeks before the then-Leeds boss moved on, and the winger dropped down to non-league football with Tadcaster Albion, where he has been starring.
As noted on Tadcaster’s official website, Whitehouse has notched five goals and a remarkable 10 assists in just 18 games this season, which could just land him a top-flight deal.

The 22-year-old is now wanted by Leicester City according to the Leicester Mercury, and a January move could take place, even if the youngster would be eyed up for their development squad at first.
Such a move may leave Leeds a little embarrassed having let him go for nothing just over a year ago, and it would suggest that Monk and Leeds were wrong for letting him go, and should have been a little more patient with him.
