Leicester City are reportedly in talks to sign Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew.

According to The Times, Leicester City are in talks with Swansea City about a potential deal for attacker Jordan Ayew as Claude Puel chases reinforcements.
The Foxes have enjoyed a strong transfer window so far this summer, bringing in goalkeeper Danny Ward, centre back Jonny Evans, full back Ricardo Pereira and playmaker James Maddison to date.
A replacement for Riyad Mahrez will absolutely be needed after the Algerian’s big-money move to Manchester City, but manager Puel seems to have his sights on a versatile forward.
The Times report that Leicester are in talks about a deal for Swansea forward Ayew, which may raise some eyebrows among fans at the King Power Stadium.
Ayew, 26, hit seven goals and two assists in 36 Premier League games last season as Swansea suffered relegation to the Championship, and Fulham have allegedly already failed with a bid of £8million for the Ghanaian.
Leicester may now be willing to top that bid and give Swansea a better offer, though the former Aston Villa man may not be the attacking addition many Foxes fans were expecting.

Jamie Vardy is the undoubted first-choice striker for Leicester, but Puel does already have versatile options to play alongside him in Shinji Okazaki, Kelechi Iheanacho, Fousseni Diabate and even Ahmed Musa.
Ayew would be more of the same for Leicester, and fans would be forgiven for feeling that the money would be better spent elsewhere, especially with Puel trying Demarai Gray in attack during pre-season.
