The Daily Mail also reports that he will sign a four-year deal at the club and as he is just 21-years-old, is likely to cost them around £250,000 in compensation.
His contract is set to expire with the Premier League champions this summer and the player is set to snub their offers in search of first team football with Mark Warburton’s team.
The reported price is the same sort of fee that they ended up paying Liverpool when Jordon Rossiter made the move earlier to Ibrox earlier in the window.
