Michael Keane is wanted by Premier League champions Leicester
Leicester City are to bid for Burnley defender Michael Keane, according to the Mirror.
Ranieri is said to be keen on the ex-Manchester United youngster, and the Foxes are thought to be about to bid up to £10 million for the Burnley man.
The former England under-21 international is believed to be seen as the ideal backup to Robert Huth and Wes Morgan, a particular necessity with Leicester City competing in the Champions League next season.

Keane made 44 appearances for Burnley last season as the Clarets secured promotion and the Championship title, meaning an instant return to the Premier League after relegation the season beforehand.

The defender also chipped in with five goals, with key strikes coming against promotion rivals Middlesbrough and Brighton.

Burnley will be determined to keep hold of Keane, who originally joined the club on loan in 2014, before the deal from Manchester United was made permanent in January after last year.
Sean Dyche signed the defender for just £1.5 million, and although he will be desperate to keep hold of their star defender, he will know that the club will make a considerable profit from Keane’s departure, should Leicester make a bid over five times his original figure.
