Leicester City are set to beat several clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur and Everton, to the signing of Youri Tielemans, according to the Sun.

The newspaper claims Tielemans is wanted by Leicester, Tottenham and Everton, as well as Manchester United, ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline, but adds that the Foxes are now in advanced talks over a six-month exchange deal involving Adrien Silva.

Should Leicester indeed win the race for Tielemans, it could leave Tottenham and Everton in a last-minute scramble as they seek to replace Mousa Dembele and Idrissa Gueye, respectively.
