Sunderland and Swansea City are both said to be keen on the Leicester City striker.
Leicester City have outlined their demands for reported Sunderland target Leonardo Ulloa, according to the Telegraph.
The Foxes are said to be seeking at least £10 million for the Argentine, who has 20 months left on his contract.

Ulloa has found his first team opportunities limited since the summer arrival of Islam Slimani, for whom Leicester paid a club-record £28 million, and the Premier League champions are described as being ‘open-minded’ about his departure.
Sunderland have long been linked with a move for Ulloa and Swansea City are also said to be keen, however, with Slimani set to represent Algeria at the upcoming African Cup of Nations tournament, the 30-year-old’s services are likely to be required at the King Power Stadium.

Ulloa scored six goals in 29 appearances – only seven of which were as a starter – as Leicester secured an unexpected top-flight crown last term.
Prior to joining the Foxes in 2014, the uncapped front man played for Brighton & Hove Albion and Spanish sides Almeria and Castellon.
