Leicester City reportedly want Domagoj Vida.

Everton, West Ham United, Fulham and Leicester City all are interested in signing Domagoj Vida from Besiktas in the summer transfer window, according to Sabah, and the four Premier League clubs have received a potential boost in their reported pursuit of the 29-year-old defender.
Potential boost
An unnamed Besiktas official has been quoted as saying by Aksam that the defender will leave the Turkish giants after the World Cup.

The official has also been quoted as saying that there is a lot of interest in the Croatia international defender, and it seems that Leicester are taking the lead in the race for the World Cup star.

Leicester City bid
According to Sabah, Leicester have already made an offer of €12 million (£10.57m) for the former Dynamo Kyiv star, who joined Besiktas only in January.

While it is quite smart of the Foxes to make a bid, given the amount of interest reported in the defender, they will probably have to increase their offer.
Moreover, with Vida at the World Cup at the moment, it is clear that the defender will not decide his future anytime soon.
