Peterborough United are said to have made the first move to bring Penny into the Football League, with Grant McCann’s side keen to strengthen their defence.
Whether West Brom are Leicester will react to Posh’s bid remains to be seen.

West Brom, meanwhile, may be looking to bring Penny in as one for the future at the Hawthorns.
