Leicester City are reportedly on the verge of signing the Monaco ace.

Leicester have agreed a £12.5 million fee with Monaco for the services of Rachid Ghezzal, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
The 26-year-old travelled to England on Friday to undertake his medical ahead of his proposed move to the Foxes, and his switch to the east Midlands is now all but done.
Ghezzal joined Monaco from Lyon on a free transfer in the summer of 2017, but his spell in the French principality seems as though it will be short lived.
Leicester boss Claude Puel will be desperate to bolster his attacking ranks at the King Power Stadium this summer, following the £60 million sale of Riyad Mahrez to Manchester City last month.
The Foxes will undoubtedly miss the Algerian, but Ghezzal’s impending arrival will surely help soften the blow of losing the 2016 Premier League player of the year.

The Monaco winger is actually Mahrez’s international teammate, and he plays in a similar style to the Man City ace.
He can play anywhere along the front-line, and would certainly help fill the void left behind by his countryman.
For the reported fee of just £12.5 million, Leicester might just be on the verge of securing one of the signings of the summer, and Ghezzal would undoubtedly be a vitally important addition to Puel’s squad.
