According to Fotomaç, Leeds are interested in signing Fenerbahçe midfielder Ozan Tufan, who is also wanted by Everton.
The Turkish news outlet claim that Marcelo Bielsa’s side want to sign the 26-year-old before the European Championships begin on June 11th.
Fotomaç add that Leeds are expected to offer a ‘high price’ to Fenerbahçe once the season has come to an end.
Elsewhere, it was another Turkish news outlet in Ajansspor who revealed that Everton, Crystal Palace and Leicester have all submitted bids for Tufan.
In that respect, it seems Leeds have plenty of competition for the Turk.
The 58-cap Turkey international has enjoyed an excellent campaign for Fenerbahçe so far this season.

Tufan has scored five goals while also recording nine assists.
He also made people sit up and take notice with two excellent goals in Turkey’s 3-0 win over Norway on March 27th, against the likes of Erling Braut Håland and Martin Ødegaard.
So, what type of player is he?

Well, his coach during the 2015/16 season, Vitor Pereira, once likened him to Manchester City icon Yaya Touré, as relayed by Bleacher Report.
In our view, it’s wise of Leeds to want Tufan signed before the start of the European Championships.
Should he deliver more displays like the one against Norway, his value will surely skyrocket as the whole of Europe becomes aware of him.
