Leeds United are in the race to sign Sheffield United talent Kyron Gordon, according to the Daily Mail.
It’s claimed that Gordon is a wanted man ahead of the summer window, and Leeds are far from the only club looking to sign him.
Manchester United are also keen, whilst Liverpool and Everton have also been watching him ahead of possibly making a move.
Gordon is only 18, but he has been working around Sheffield United’s first-team setup and impressed both Chris Wilder and Paul Heckingbottom with his development and attitude.
Gordon only has a year left on his Blades deal, and clubs may now be looking to seize their chance and make a move.
The teenager is a centre back by trade, but isn’t the biggest centre back of all time at around 6 foot tall.

The Blades have produced the likes of Harry Maguire, Kyle Walker, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and David Brooks, with Gordon no doubt looking to follow in their footsteps.
Leeds would no doubt love to pinch a top young talent from their Yorkshire rivals, but it looks like they will have major competition for his signature.
