Leeds United are already unlikely to top Chelsea’s list of potential loan destinations.

Leeds United want to sign another of Chelsea’s young players on loan, according to The Sun.
The newspaper claims Leeds are interested in bringing the centre-back, Jake Clarke-Salter, to Elland Road.
And the Whites are said to have scouted Clarke-Salter as he captained the England Under-21s at this summer’s European Championship.
Leeds took Lewis Baker, Jamal Blackman and Izzy Brown on loan from Chelsea last season.

And the Whites do not appear to be deterred, despite the trio’s wasted years in Yorkshire.
But there is a fear their latest pursuit won’t reach a successful conclusion, according to The Sun, with their old foe, Frank Lampard, expected to take charge of Chelsea.

It was, of course, Lampard who was the Derby manager when Leeds were caught ‘spying’ on the Rams’ pre-Whites training session in January.
And the future of Clarke-Salter, who spent last season loaned to Vitesse Arnhem, could now lie with another Championship club.
