Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani will bring in a new sporting director.
Leeds United’s new co-owner is preparing to make his presence felt at the club, and will be at Elland Road for their next Championship game, the Yorkshire Evening Post report.
The Daily Mail reported last month that Leeds were in talks with former Real Madrid director of strategy Ivan Bravo, to take up a vacant sporting director role, and it now appears clear this is a Radrizzani backed move.
The YYorkshire Evening Post report Radrizzani and Ivan Bravo will be in attendance for Leeds’ home game with Derby County on January 13, a potentially key clash in the play-of hunt, with Steve McClaren’s side attempting to catch up with the Whites.

This week Radrizzani’s deal to buy 50 per cent of Leeds United was formally completed.
Leeds are fifth in the Championship and hoping to kick on and maintain their play-off pace, and even get into the hunt for the automatic promotion places.
Bravo and Radrizzani were in attendance at Leeds’ home defeat to Newcastle in November, and will be hoping their visit brings better fortunes this time around.

Leeds are currently without a sporting director but Massimo Cellino has always maintained the importance of having one, and Bravo is a superbly qualified candidate for the role.
