Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United are interested in signing Brandon Vazquez from FC Cincinnati, according to CBS Sports journalist Ben Jacobs.

The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported on Twitter that FC Cincinnati star Brandon Vazquez is among the forwards Leeds are monitoring.

The journalist has added that he has been told that it is unlikely that Leeds will make a move for him now.

Vazquez is a long-term option for Leeds and is a player Marsch likes, according to Jacobs.

Good signing for Leeds United?

In our view, FC Cincinnati forward Brandon Vazquez would be a good signing for Leeds United, but at the right price.

The 23-year-old is doing very well in Major League Soccer and could earn a call-up to the USA national football team soo.

The young forward has scored 15 goals and given four assists in 23 MLS starts so far this season.

That is very impressive.

Now, if Leeds are keen on the forward but do not want to bring him to England now, then it would make sense for the West Yorkshire club to strike a deal with FC Cincinnati now and then let him stay on loan at the MLS club.
