Exeter are to demand big money for Ollie Watkins. Will Leeds pay?
Ollie Watkins of Exeter City
Leeds United face having to pay £4 million if they are to sign Ollie Watkins.
The Sun (p61 21/5) report that Exeter City are determined to get top money for their star striker.
Watkins has fired Exeter into the League Two play-off final and Leeds’ task to sign him could get even tougher if the Grecians win promotion.

The Whites are not the only Championship side tracking the striker with Derby County also keen.
Watkins has scored 16 goals and provided 13 assists this season in all competitions, with two goals coming in the play-off.
The 21-year-old won the recent Football League Young Player of the Year award, ahead of Reading midfielder John Swift.

Previous winners include former Leeds talent Lewis Cook, and it is this prestige as well as the scramble for his signature which has Exeter convinced they can get £4 million for him this summer if they decide to cash in.
The £4 million fee would be the highest paid by Leeds since their relegation from the Premier League, although they paid £3 million to sign Kemar Roofe last summer after an outstanding season in League Two in 2015/16.
