Toumani Diagouraga is expected to leave Leeds United shortly.

Leeds United released Souleymane Doukara from his contract yesterday, allowing him to join Turkish side Osmanlispor.
Another could be set to follow, with the Yorkshire Evening Post reporting there is mutual interest with Toumani Diagouraga over a similar arrangement.
Diagouraga has not made a match day squad this season nor has he been assigned a squad number.

The YEP reports: “He and United are both willing to sever the remaining 12 months on his contract and an agreement over a termination would give him the chance to find another club as a free agent.”
Leeds signed Diagouraga from Brentford in early 2016 when Steve Evans was head coach.
He swiftly fell out of favour under Garry Monk and despite figuring in pre-season under new boss Thomas Christiansen, the midfielder has become a forgotten figure.

Diagouraga ended last season on loan at Ipswich and the expectation is he will stay in England to try and find a new side.
With it reaching late August and Leeds yet to accept or perhaps receive any offers for the midfielder, a contract termination would seem to be the best solution all round.
