The Championship side have previously stated that they plan to keep the wantaway full-back beyond this window.

Leeds United are preparing themselves for a flurry of deadline day bids for Premier League target Charlie Taylor, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
The left-back has asked to leave Elland Road this summer after talks broke down regarding the extension of Taylor’s contract, which expires next summer, the Yorkshire Evening Post reports.

And while his transfer request was knocked back, and both club owner Massimo Celllino and head coach Garry Monk have insisted that the academy graduate will not be moving on during this window, the Yorkshire Evening Post adds that several top flight clubs – including West Brom, Liverpool and Bournemouth – are monitoring his situation, and could make their move as the hours tick down before the deadline.
The Yorkshire Evening Post adds that Baggies boss Tony Pulis was in attendance for the Whites’ defeat to Nottingham Forest at the weekend, which suggests that they may be the most likely to confirm their interest with a bid.
Leeds United manager Garry Monk has previously claimed that Taylor is not going anywhere
Although United have claimed that Taylor is going nowhere, their stance should perhaps change if desperation forces one of the teams chasing his signature to make an eye-watering offer for the 22-year-old.
Though the defender’s talent and potential is unquestionable, his contract situation means his value will drop significantly by the time the January window opens if he stays put, which will make Leeds’ task of getting a suitable replacement in much harder.
However, if they feel that keeping Taylor is crucial to any potential promotion push – and are perhaps holding out any hope that he could yet sign an extension – then it will be much easier to reject any advances that come in.
