Leeds United reportedly want to sign Yosuke Ideguchi from Gamba Osaka in the January transfer window.

It has been reported that Leeds have started negotiations to secure the services of the 21-year-old midfielder and plan to reach an agreement ahead of the January transfer window.
Ideguchi has been on the books of Osaka since 2009 and earned his first professional contract with the Japanese club in 2014.

The youngster is a very highly rated and promising midfielder who was named as the J.League Rookie of the Year in 2016.
The 21-year-old has won a number of trophies with Osaka, including the J. League Division 1 title in 2014.
Ideguchi has also played three times for the Japan national football team, scoring one goal in the process.

A hugely talented midfielder, the 21-year-old would be a good addition to the Leeds team in the middle of the season.
Of course, it will take the Japan international some time to adapt to the rigours of English football, but Ideguchi could be a very good signing in the long run.
