Leeds United and Sunderland are reportedly interested in signing Leicester City midfielder Tom Lawrence, currently on loan at Ipswich Town.
Leeds United are interested in signing Tom Lawrence from Leicester City in the January transfer window, according to The Chronicle.
Lawrence is currently on loan at Ipswich Town, having joined the Championship club from Premier League outfit Leicester in the summer of 2016.
The 23-year-old midfielder has scored five goals and created 44 chances in 19 league matches for the Tractor Boys so far this season.

The Chronicle has reported that Championship rivals Leeds are interested in signing the former Manchester United man in the January transfer window.
Premier League side Sunderland are also interested in signing Lawrence, although according to The Chronicle, they would not be able to sign him on loan as they already have loanees Jason Denayer and Adnan Januzaj on their books.

The Daily Mail reported earlier this month of interest from Newcastle United, Burnley, Cardiff City, Derby County and Norwich City in the midfielder, who has played four times for the Wales national football team.
Leeds are third in the Championship table at the moment with 51 points from 28 matches and are genuine playoff contenders.
