Leeds United, Birmingham City and Swansea City reportedly want Middlesbrough striker Britt Assombalonga in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported that Middlesbrough will not allow Assombalonga to leave the Riverside Stadium on the cheap this summer.
Birmingham, Swansea and Leeds all will be aiming to win promotion from the Championship to the Premier League next season, and a striker of Assombalonga would be of massive aid to that cause.
However, Leeds will find it hard to convince Boro sell the former Nottingham Forest striker, especially as Tony Pulis’s side themselves will be aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship next season.

Good signing for Leeds United
Assombalonga knows the Championship inside out, and the 25-year-old former Forest striker would be a brilliant signing for Leeds in the summer transfer widow.
Assombalonga has been on the books of Middlesbrough since the summer of 2017 when he joined from Forest for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £15 million.
The 25-year-old DR Congo international striker played well for Boro last season, as the former Watford man scored 15 goals in 34 Championship starts.
