One can understand why the former Athletic Bilbao manager would watch some kind of assurance over the budget.
After all, Bielsa needs to be clear about how much money he will get to spend in the summer transfer window so that he can start targeting players.
Bielsa is a brilliant tactician, and if Leeds are able to secure his appointment, then it would be quite a coup for the Championship club.
