Leeds United are still looking for a new manager to take charge at Elland Road.

Oldham's Darryl Flahavan

According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Daryl Flahavan could be kept on by Leeds United – regardless of who takes charge this summer.

Flahavan was installed as a goalkeeping coach at Leeds last summer by Garry Monk.

The 38-year-old had never been a professional goalkeeping coach prior to his move to Leeds.

However, Flahavan is said to have impressed the Yorkshire side’s hierarchy, with his ability on the training ground.

Flahavan has still not been told to depart Leeds, despite Monk’s resignation.

And Leeds are said to be considering keeping him on, regardless of who is manager next term.

At the moment, it is completely unclear who is set to take charge at Elland Road.

Aitor Karanka and Pep Clotet have both been favourites to take over at Leeds, but neither are thought to be in contention to land the job (YEP).
