Williams has bagged himself six goals already this term, from his attacking midfield station.
Leeds, Derby and Villa are all said to be convinced that he can now make the step up to a higher level.
The Championship trio are all keen to snap him up, as they make plans for January.

Villa are known to be targeting younger players, as they want to reduce the average age of their squad.
Derby have also shown a willingness to promoted players from the lower divisions already this season.
Leeds, meanwhile, have previously taken Ryan Edmondson and Sam Dalby from non-league before putting them into the development squads.
