Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United are interested in signing Raphael Guerreiro from Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk.
The report has claimed that Leeds think that Guerreiro ‘would be an ideal fit’ for the team in January.
However, the Premier League club are willing to wait for the 28-year-old Portugal international until the summer of 2023 when he will become a free agent.
Guerreiro, who can operate as a midfielder or as a left-back, is aware of interest from Leeds, but he is not in a rush to leave German club Dortmund, according to the report.

Raphael Guerreiro would be brilliant for Leeds United
In our view, Raphael Guerreiro would be a brilliant signing for Leeds United, either in the January transfer window or next summer.
At the age of 28, Guerreiro is at the peak of his powers and would be able to hit the ground running at Leeds.
The Portuguese star is hugely experienced, having starred for Dortmund in the Bundesliga and in the UEFA Champions League for years.
Guerreiro won the UEFA European Championship and the UEFA Nations League with Portugal and is now playing for his country at the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
The Portuguese star has scored one goal and given two assists in 12 Bundesliga matches, and has scored two goals in four UEFA Champions League games for Dortmund this season.
