According to The Telegraph, Huesca midfielder Kelechi Nwakali now fancies a return to England amid links to Leeds United.
This new report claims that Bournemouth and Watford want to sign Nwakali, with the Spanish side seeking around £15million for him.
Leeds United’s interest in Nwakali
The Athletic reported earlier this month that Leeds want to sign Nwakali this summer in order bolster Marcelo Bielsa’s midfield options, with Victor Orta
Nwakali spent the second half of last season on loan at Alcorcon, and with Orta having great knowledge of the Spanish market, he has seemingly been left impressed.
Nwakali fancies England return after leaving Arsenal
The news of Nwakali fancying a return to England comes just two years after the midfielder left Arsenal, having spent three years in the Gunners ranks.
Nwakali admitted that it was ‘difficult’ to leave Arsenal, turning down a deal with them in order to join Huesca; we could now see him face Arsenal as a Leeds player next season.

Nwakali compared to Yaya Toure
The Nigerian still has real potential at 23, but living up to the comparison of being like Yaya Toure may be a tall order for Nwakali.
He has though been branded ‘outstanding’ over in Spain, and Leeds will seemingly hope to tap into the potential that Arsenal couldn’t.
