Leeds United are in talks with Blackburn Rovers over the departure of Barry Douglas, the Telegraph report.
Douglas has played just once for Leeds this season in the League Cup, and it seems that his time at Elland Road could be coming to an end.
Marcelo Bielsa is apparently willing to allow the left-sided defender to leave Elland Road, as Douglas could be given regular football elsewhere.
Blackburn are currently hoping to land Douglas on loan, with a view making the move a permanent one next summer.
Leeds’ willingness to accept such a deal may come as a slight surprise, as they are not particularly well stocked at left-back.

While Stuart Dallas is their first choice, if Douglas does leave, they will only have limited cover behind the Northern Ireland international.
Leif Davis looks likely to be promoted to second choice in the position if Douglas does leave, but he has considerably less first-team experience, so that could be a risk.
If Douglas does depart Leeds he will do so having made 44 appearances over a two year stay at Elland Road.
