Leeds United want to sign Michy Batshuayi from Chelsea, according to the Telegraph.
Batshuayi has fallen out favour at Stamford Bridge, could now present an option for Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds side.
Bielsa and Batshuayi worked together at Marseille in the past, meaning that they know each other well.
If Leeds do bid for the £33 million Belgian (The Guardian) it seems unlikely that Chelsea would stand in his way.
The Blues may be open to selling a number of their striking options, but Batshuayi appears to have very little chance of breaking into Thomas Tuchel’s plans.
Batshuayi at Elland Road?

At Leeds he would join the likes of Rodrigo and Patrick Bamford in competing for a striking role.
In truth it seems most likely that Batshuayi would arrive as a back-up choice.
But he is a solid finisher and could add depth to Leeds’ striking options next term.
Batshuayi has proven his ability to score in the Premier League, even if there are doubts over his ability to lead the line on a regular basis.
And if Leeds could land him for a cut price he could be an interesting option as a squad player.
