According to The Sun, Rangers winger Ryan Kent will be targeted again by Leeds United if they can’t sign Manchester United’s Daniel James.
Marcelo Bielsa is allegedly desperate to sign a winger before next week’s transfer deadline, with a number of options on the radar.
Leeds have been in ‘regular contact’ with Manchester United to sign James, but they’re left waiting to hear whether United can sign Jadon Sancho.
If Sancho signs for the Red Devils, Leeds may be able to sign James; if he doesn’t, then Leeds will need to move on to other targets.
Kent is one of them, after Leeds failed with a move to sign the Rangers star earlier this summer and even last summer too.
Kent has been in great form for Rangers this season, and it’s no great surprise that Leeds still want to bring the former Liverpool man back to England.

The report also claims that the rumours about a move for Norwich City ace Todd Cantwell came about because the player’s agent offered him to Leeds.
It seems that James and Kent – two long-term Leeds targets – are wanted ahead of Cantwell, but Leeds are very busy finding targets to bolster Bielsa’s squad.
