Football website 90Min report that Leeds United have shown interest in signing Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka ahead of the January window – but Wolves are leading Leeds, West Ham and Palace in the transfer chase.
Wan-Bissaka, 25, moved to Old Trafford in the summer of 2019 and has gone on to play 127 times. But this season, injury and an improving Diego Dalot have limited him to just one brief substitute appearance in all competitions.
The three-time England Under-21 ace is about to enter the final 18 months of his contract and needs a move. Whether that be back to Palace, to West Ham who do need a right-back, or to Wolves to replace Nelson Semedo, who knows.
The report claims that Wan-Bissaka, who cost United a fee in the region of £50million, could leave Old Trafford next month. Leeds and the other three Premier League clubs are in the race – but Midlands side Wolves are on pole.

Leeds have shown interest in Wan-Bissaka, Wolves in pole position
A move for Wan-Bissaka makes no sense. Firstly, because of the signing of Rasmus Kristensen. The Dane is getting better and better after a tricky start and starting to show why Leeds bought him in the first place from Salzburg.
Secondly, Luke Ayling remains at the club and while in the final year of his deal, he is still an important part of the squad. Lastly, Cody Drameh has been excellent during the World Cup break. He is said to have impressed the manager.
So, why would Leeds be targeting a right-back? It is arguably the one position in the squad where Leeds do not need to consider bringing in new players. Of course, that could change if Ayling and Drameh go – but both? Unlikely.
