Report: Leeds and West Brom among clubs interested in Tottenham Hotspur’s Cameron Carter-Vickers

Leeds United, West Bromwich Albion and Derby County are reportedly interested in Cameron Carter-Vickers of Tottenham Hotspur

According to TEAMtalk, Leeds United, West Bromwich Albion and Derby County are among a number of clubs interested in signing Cameron Carter-Vickers from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported that Championship clubs Leeds, Fulham, West Brom, Derby, Bristol City, Middlesbrough, Luton Town and Barnsley all want to secure the services of the USA international central defender on a loan deal.

The report has claimed that Premier League outfit Tottenham will let the 21-year-old central defender leave on loan out again this summer.

Championship experience

Carter-Vickers has yet to establish himself in the Tottenham first team, but the 21-year-old USA international centre-back has extensive experience at the Championship level.

During the 2018-19 campaign, the youngster made 23 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Championship for Swansea City, while he played 17 times for Sheffield United and 17 times for Ipswich Town during loan spells in 2017-18, according to WhoScored.

The youngster will be a very good signing for any club in the Championship.
