Leeds United reportedly have their eye on Massimo Luongo, but Nottingham Forest are also said to be interested in the Queens Park Rangers star.

According to a report from London Football News, Leeds are interested in Massimo Luongo with QPR ready to sell the midfielder this summer, but Marcelo Bielsa’s men face competition from Nottingham Forest for his signature.
London Football News reports that the Australian international is set to leave Loftus Road during this window. His contract expires next summer, and with the 26-year-old unlikely to pen a new deal, the club have reluctantly decided to let him go.
And two of their Championship rivals are reportedly interested in Luongo. London Football News reports that the Whites and Forest are monitoring his situation.
Would Luongo be a good signing for Leeds?
Luongo has scored nine goals and contributed seven assists across the last two Championship seasons, and would certainly add to the combativeness in the Whites’ midfield, having been handed 21 yellow cards in that same period.

Leeds have plenty of depth in the middle of the park, especially with Jamie Shackleton using the play-off semi-final to really stake a claim to Bielsa ahead of the coming campaign.
Luongo would arguably struggle to immediately force his way into Bielsa’s lineup, but he is the kind of player that could certainly make an impact at Elland Road if Leeds end up seeing off competition from Martin O’Neill’s men for his signature.
