Leeds United youngster Robbie Gotts is reportedly set to permanently leave the club today.
According to Leeds Live, the 21-year-old midfielder is likely to depart Elland Road on deadline day for good. Gotts has attracted suitors from League Two sides Barrow AFC and Oldham Athletic as well as Scottish side Motherwell.
The Throp Arch academy graduate only made three first-team appearances for Leeds. Gotts has been part of the senior squad in 2019.
Moreover, Gotts spent two spells out on loan to Lincoln City and Salford City. The midfielder made 35 appearances across both clubs.
Despite Marcelo Bielsa being a big fan of the Gotts, with the Leeds manager saying via the Yorkshire Evening Post he has ‘never seen’ a player as dynamic as the Leeds youngster before, the 21-year-old seemingly has no future at the club.
Gotts’ current deal with Leeds expires next year, and the midfielder has been training away from the first-team and the U-23s, along with the likes of Niall Huggins and Jordan Stevens.

Indeed, with deadline day activity likely to be rife at Leeds today with Dan James set to join the club from Manchester United, the departure of Gotts will likely be wrapped up quickly if an offer can be agreed upon.
