According to TyC Sports, Lanus have yet to receive any contact from Leeds United or Manchester City for winger Pedro De La Vega.
It’s claimed De La Vega is wanted by Leeds and City this summer, as well as Italian duo Atalanta and Lazio.
However, Lanus haven’t heard from any of them just yet, and are currently ‘excited’ about his future with the club.
De La Vega, 19, has emerged as one of the top young talents in Argentina since signing for Lanus from Ferrocarril Sud.
Primarily a left-sided winger who cuts in on his right foot, but he can also play on the right flank – and that should be appealing to Marcelo Bielsa.
De La Vega is quick and direct, showing the ability to beat a man with a drop of the shoulder or with a piece of skill.

Bielsa will be familiar with the top teenage talents back in his homeland, and De La Vega certainly fits the bill as a young prospect that Leeds can develop.
With no contact made yet though, De La Vega may just be one of a number of players on the Leeds wish list, and they could yet miss out due to so much rival interest.
